Wellness On Wheels (W.O.W.)
Nourishing Healthy Communities,
One Stop at a Time
W.O.W.
The W.O.W. (Wellness On Wheels) initiative is a mobile community program dedicated to improving health outcomes for individuals and families living in Tarrant County’s most underserved ZIP codes: 76104, 76105, 76119, 76010, and 76011.
By combining preventive healthcare, nutrition education, and access to healthy groceries, the W.O.W. program helps neighbors take control of their wellness journey—right where they live. Each month, our mobile team provides screenings for blood pressure and A1C, distributes nutritious food, and offers education on stress management, diet, and physical activity.
